Day 1: Arrival in Kigali & Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park

Wake up early for breakfast and head to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking. After some time, you’ll come face to face with a gorilla family—watch them play, groom, and interact. Spend an hour observing these majestic creatures before trekking back. Day 3: Dian Fossey Hike & Gorilla Conservation Center Visit

Hike to the Dian Fossey Tomb, where you’ll learn about her dedication to protecting mountain gorillas. Walk through her old research site and listen to inspiring stories about conservation efforts. Later, visit the Ellen DeGeneres Gorilla Conservation Center for an interactive tour, where you’ll learn more about gorilla protection. Day 4: Canoeing on Mukungwa River & Transfer to Bwindi

Start the day with a peaceful canoe ride on the Mukungwa River, surrounded by Rwanda’s rolling green hills and birdlife. After lunch, embark on a scenic drive across the border into Uganda. Day 5: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Day 6: Drive to Lake Mburo National Park

After breakfast, drive through Uganda’s countryside to Lake Mburo National Park, famous for its zebras, giraffes, and hippos. Day 7: Morning Nature Walk & Flight to Nairobi

Day 17: Morning Safari & Departure from Nairobi
