1. Responsibility for Services
We are not responsible for services or facilities that are not part of our agreement or not advertised in our brochures. This includes any excursions you book independently or additional services provided by your hotel or other suppliers.
2. Special Requests
- Any special requests must be communicated at the time of booking.
- Confirm your request in writing or by phone.
- While we will make every effort to fulfill reasonable requests, we cannot guarantee them.
- The inclusion of a request in your confirmation invoice does not guarantee fulfillment.
- Failure to meet a special request will not constitute a breach of contract unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
3. Complaints
We strive to ensure a smooth holiday experience. If you encounter any issues:
- Inform the relevant supplier or representative immediately so they can address the problem.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact us as soon as possible.
4. Payment for Safaris and Package Holidays
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your safari (or the cost of your permits, whichever is greater).
- If booking within 45 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- For last-minute bookings, full payment is required immediately via cash (at our office or an agreed location), credit/debit card (Visa/MasterCard), or bank transfer.
- The balance payment must be completed at least 45 days before arrival.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are based on current exchange rates and may change without prior notice.
- Any price changes will be communicated in advance.
- Payments are accepted via Bank Wire Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash.
- Credit card payments attract banking surcharge fees.
- Large dollar bills (2009 series and later) are recommended for transactions.
- Prices are quoted in US Dollars but can be converted to other currencies upon request.
- Prices are per person and exclude personal expenses such as telephone bills, tips, laundry, alcoholic beverages, and porter services unless stated otherwise.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation by Client:
- 50-60 days before travel: Loss of deposit.
- 30-50 days before travel: Loss of 50% of total payment.
- Less than 30 days before travel: Loss of 100% of total payment.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- A trip is officially canceled when written communication is received and confirmed by us.
Cancellation by the Company:
- Clients may choose an alternative trip or receive a full refund.
- We are not responsible for incidental expenses (e.g., visa fees, flight costs, or personal losses due to cancellation).
- We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unavoidable circumstances or natural disasters.
