Day 1: Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport – Transfer to Nairobi

Your adventure begins as you land at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. A friendly guide will be waiting to welcome you and drive you to your hotel. The rest of the day is for relaxing after your journey. Take a dip in the pool, enjoy the city view, or simply rest to prepare for the safari ahead. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Nairobi.

Day 2: Nairobi to Masai Mara – Afternoon Game Drive

After breakfast, we set off on a scenic drive to the famous Masai Mara. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking landscapes, Maasai homesteads, and wildlife sightings. Arrive at your lodge or camp just in time for lunch. In the afternoon, we take our first game drive in this legendary reserve, home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, and an abundance of plains game. Return for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara

Wake up early for an action-packed day in Masai Mara. Morning game drives offer great chances of seeing big cats in hunting mode. Explore different areas of the reserve and witness the endless movement of wildlife. Optional visit to a Maasai village to experience their rich culture, music, and dance. Return for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 4: Another Full Day in Masai Mara

Another full day in this magnificent park. Enjoy a sunrise game drive when wildlife is most active, followed by breakfast at a scenic spot. Continue with game viewing until late afternoon. Capture moments of the Big Five and thousands of other species before heading back for dinner and relaxation.

Day 5: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart Masai Mara and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon game drive in this bird paradise. The park is home to thousands of flamingos, rhinos, giraffes, and elusive leopards. Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge near the park.

Day 6: Morning Game Drive & Transfer to Uganda

Start the day with an early morning game drive around the lake. Spot rhinos, zebras, and various bird species before heading out. Drive through Eldoret to cross the border into Uganda. Dinner and overnight in Tororo town.

Day 7: Transfer to Jinja – Visit the Source of the Nile

After breakfast, drive to Jinja, where the mighty Nile begins its long journey to the Mediterranean. Enjoy a boat ride to see the exact source of the river. Explore craft markets and relax by the riverbanks before heading to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

A scenic drive through rolling hills and lush tea plantations brings us to Kibale Forest. Stop in Fort Portal for lunch before proceeding to the park. Check-in at the lodge, relax, and listen to the magical sounds of the rainforest.

Day 9: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale Forest

After breakfast, head into the forest with expert guides to track chimpanzees. Watch them interact, groom, and play in their natural habitat. Other primates and forest birds will add to the experience. Spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge.

Day 10: Crater Lakes Exploration & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Explore the stunning Crater Lakes region before driving to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by a scenic drive through the park. Enjoy sunset views over the Kazinga Channel before dinner at the lodge.

Day 11: Game Drive & Boat Safari on Kazinga Channel

Early morning game drive to spot elephants, lions, buffalos, and leopards. In the afternoon, take a boat safari on the Kazinga Channel, famous for its hippos, crocodiles, and numerous bird species. Return to the lodge for dinner.

Day 12: Tree-Climbing Lions in Ishasha & Transfer to Bwindi

Drive to the Ishasha sector, where lions are often seen resting in fig trees. After the game drive, continue to Bwindi, home to the rare mountain gorillas. Arrive in the evening, relax, and prepare for the trek of a lifetime the next day.

Day 14: Game Drive in Lake Mburo & Transfer to Entebbe
